Ms. Martina Dalić
Management Board President
Podravka

Martina Dalić, PhD has extensive experience in the public and private sector, as well as international institutions. Ms. Dalić was appointed President of the Management Board at Podravka in 2021. During her time in the public sector, she held the position of Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Economy and Minister of Finance. Ms. Dalić also acquired significant experience in the private sector, acting as President of the Management Board at Partner banka and Chief Economist at Privredna banka Zagreb. Additionally, Ms. Dalić acted as Resident Public Financial Management Advisor at the International Monetary Fund (IMF). Furthermore, Ms. Dalić served as Deputy Chief Negotiator and Negotiator for four chapters in the negotiating team for the accession of the Republic of Croatia to the European Union. Ms. Dalić is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics, University of Zagreb. She also received a Master’s degree and the title of doctor of science (Ph.D.).

Ms. Marijana Šarolić Robić
Attorney at Law

Marijana has 20+ years of experience as lawyer and 10+ as startup mentor. Her legal and business background makes Marijana the ideal partner, in particular to startups and international corporations, to navigate the Croatian legal and business environment. She is serving as Honorary Consul of New Zealand in Croatia since October 2020. She is involved as mentor in local startup community and she daily advise both investors and founders in different transactions supporting their business in Croatia and globally. She volunteers as vice president of CRO STARTUP https://crostartup.org/ as is one of the founder of CROAI https://www.croai.org/ Her passion has been AI ethics and Ai regulation since 2017 and she gives lectures and delivers workshops on that topics regularly almost acting as #AIpropethess
